Established in Spring 2022 in the face of the humanitarian crisis, we have helped bring hundreds of Ukranians of all ages to our fantastic, welcoming City.
Our small team help with every part of the process, from introductory pairing call, to the video matching with translators, through to full support on the online VISA process.
With 6months expertise of on the ground support on integration/settlement including help with School, nursery & university places, all benefits, bank, Phones & SIM Cards, Jobs guidance, trauma counselling support, wellbeing, accessing free bus transport and bicycles. We have left no stone unturned and every person is looked out for.

We are the focal link between hosts and Ukranian guest and Birmingham City Council together with its delivery Partner Refugee Action, Refugee & Migrant Centre & Spring Housing Association.
